Sam had almost expected Butters to back off nervously so when he didn't, it surprised a laugh out of Sam. It was kind of good to see Butters settling down now that no one named Cartman was terrorizing him.

"Oh yeah?" Sam asked, crossing his arms. "And who gave you the power to ground me? Isn't that usually reserved for authority figures like parents and cops? Did you get deputized?"
